South Beach

After the alligator swamp ride, we headed over to South Beach. I must confess that I LOVE the beach. Love it!! I could sit on the beach with a magazine, and a cola, watching the waves and the kids frolic, singing "Kum-ba-yah" to myself, and I would be in HEAVEN. This is my happy place. The kids (and Aaron) had fun in the ocean, while I sat on the sand with Romi and Jason and talked and watched! Totally AWESOME!

10) Schedule a cello lesson for Josh every single day of the week. Threaten him with all of your might.

9) Only keep extremely healthy food in the house. When they ask what there is to eat (14 times a day) tell them to help themselves to anything they can find! They can have all the yougurt, wheat thins and veges they can eat!!

8) Tell them they can play on the computer minute for minute that they read a book!

7) Hide their cell phones.

6) Do a Chinese FireDrill at a red light. Suprisingly, kids do not think this makes their mom "cool". Dang it!

5) If they are being loud when you're on the phone - say "Here, talk to Grandma Carol" and watch them bolt up the stairs and become quiet as a mouse.

4) Walk around the house in your underwear. They hate this. "Awwww mom...Thats gross!" Too bad boys, too bad!

3) When their friends call the house or come to the door asking for one of the boys, say "Who? Jacob? I've never heard of him!"

2) Watch "You've Got Mail" over and over again.

1) When they ask you a question, sing the answer back with an opera voice. They hate this more than anything! : )
